The story
Meagan and Vinh Phung opened Tastea in September 2024, right beside their nail studio. The menu leans into big-city boba — fruit jams, cheese foams, dirty sodas — and Brooklynn, their daughter, works shifts at the counter and has a matcha named after her.
It's family-run, photo-worthy, and built for the slow late-night sip.
